Erin U. Starkey (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She is an interdisciplinary well-being expert and respected leader with over 15 years of experience working in various sectors including: non-profit, education, corporate and private.
Ms. Starkey earned a BA in American Cultural Studies from Western Washington University and an MSW, summa cum laude, from University of Illinois at Chicago. She is an alumni of the IMPACT Leadership Development Program created by the Chicago Urban League in partnership with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and is a past participant of Chicago Women in Philanthropy's Women's Leadership Mentoring Program.
Erin currently works for ComPsych Corporation which is the world's largest provider of employee assistance programs (EAP) and the global leader of fully integrated EAP, behavioral health, employee wellness, work-life, FMLA, and absence management services. With the belief that health is a human right Erin is also proud to recently collaborate as a Health Equity Strategist with Justice Informed.
She formally worked as the Director of Mental Health Support at SGA Youth & Family Services, and as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Illinois at Chicago's Jane Addams College of Social Work and the University of Southern California Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work.
Erin volunteers her time serving on the NASW-WA Membership Engagement Committee and the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports Clinicians Committee. She previously served on the Board of Directors at ACCESS Community Health Network. As a multi-sport athlete, her passion is helping active adults and athletes use their minds and bodies to feel alive and thrive. As a mixed race clinician she is driven daily, in all that she does, by the legacy of those that came before her and is committed to making the world better for current and future generations. She authentically and eagerly shares her vast professional knowledge and personal experience through her therapy, training, and consultation services.
