WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE?
I currently offer Telehealth services for individual clients living in the states of Illinois and Washington. On a limited basis I also offer in person walk and talk therapy or office appointments in Vancouver, WA. I am available to do speaking engagements virtually or in person at offices, athletic facilities, conferences, etc. Consultation services are available via video or phone. |
HOW DO I START WORKING WITH YOU?
First, I'd love to simply hear from you! Book a free 15 minute no pressure appointment with me to see if we are a good fit. If we are, you'll gain full access to the client portal where you will fill out some initial paperwork and schedule a time for us to meet. During your first session you'll have the opportunity to tell me more about where you are, where you'd like to go and some things about your past if you like. This information will help us design your goals for our work together. |
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
If you are a potential client interested in my fees please contact me. I'd love to hear from you and talk to you more about the various services I offer. Current clients may also find additional fee and practice policy information by logging into the Client Portal. |
HOW DO I PAY YOU?
I accept credit/debit card/HSA payment online through the client portal. Clients love this no hassle, secure, confidential and contactless way to pay. For clients interested in using your “out of network benefits” you can contact your insurance company first to clarify what these benefits (if any) look like. You would pay the individual session fee up front and I will provide you with a “super bill” after the session, which you can use to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. |
WHY ARE YOU LICENSED IN IL AND WA?
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and I lived and worked in Chicago, IL for 15 years. Both places and the people who reside there are near and dear to me. It is an honor and privilege to be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW/LICSW) in both states. In an effort to support clients holistically I also hold accredited certifications in Intuitive Eating Counselor and Health & Well-Being Coaching. |
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "ACTIVE AND ATHLETIC ADULTS?"
Generally speaking, people who like to move their bodies (most of the time) and enjoy living an active lifestyle. Some may have played sports as a kid, go to the gym, participate in community races, walk, hike, or participate in competitive and recreational sports. Still not sure if this is you? Don't worry about it! I'm not hung up on labels and if you've read this far and are still considering reaching out to me just go ahead and do it, no pressure! |
CAN I FOLLOW YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
I do not accept friend or contact requests from current or former clients on any social media or networking site. I believe that accepting such requests can compromise your confidentiality and our respective privacy. It may also blur the boundaries of our therapeutic relationship. I'm happy to talk more about this when we meet. |
WHAT IF THERE IS ISN'T A TIME THAT WORKS FOR ME AVAILABLE ON YOUR SCHEDULE?
If you are a new client and you don't see a time an appointment time available in the client portal that works for you please contact me. If you are an existing client please contact me or discuss your desired appointment time with me during your next session to see if we can find a time that works for both of us. |
HOW DO YOU "PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH?"
Through therapy, coaching, prayer/meditation, regular movement, and intuitive eating I am the best version of myself. Focusing on myself first allows me to be my best for others. My current sports are triathlon and tennis. I also love to read, travel, hike, and spend time with my friends and family. |
