I am passionate about helping people thrive in their everyday life by harnessing their strengths, learning new tools or developing boundaries to create greater balance in their life. My approach to therapy is holistic, strengths-based, client-focused, and culturally responsive.
Clients I work with are generally experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout related to their career, graduate school, sport, relationships or life transitions. I also work with clients who have body image issues and disordered eating (yo yo dieting) or are active adults/athletes. Helping them cultivate a healthy relationship with their mind, body, and food. Although these are speciality populations of interest I have experience and enjoy working with a wide range of adult clients.
