Work We Do Together

It can be overwhelming to reach out for help and to find a provider that feels like a “good fit.” As a BIPOC provider Erin is mindful of this being especially true for members of marginalized communities. She is passionate about helping each of her clients thrive in their everyday life by harnessing their strengths, learning new tools or developing boundaries to create greater balance in their life.

Areas of specialty:

DISORDERED EATING & BODY IMAGE
Erin's expertise lies in helping clients with body image concerns and past struggles with disordered eating. Trained by Evelyn Tribole, Erin is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and a dedicated advocate for Health At Every Size (HAES). She is committed to assisting you in developing a more wholesome connection with your thoughts, physical self, and nourishment.

FITNESS-FOCUSED ADULTS & ATHLETES
Being someone who appreciates physical activity or a current or former athlete can bring a lot of joy into our lives.  It can also come with unique stressors or demands. As a lifelong athlete, Erin finds joy in collaborating with clients who share a passion for movement, be it through competitive sports, home workouts, or outdoor adventures. Many of her clients face challenges rooted in the demands of being athletes, body image concerns linked to their involvement in sports, or the difficulty of defining themselves beyond their athletic journey.

What payment or insurance do you accept?

Out of pocket payment is obtained at time of service. Superbills are provided for insurance reimbursement based on policy. All major credit cards and FSA accepted.

How do I schedule an appointment?

If you are a new or existing client and you don't see a time an appointment time available in the client portal that works for contact me.

Can I follow you on social media?

I do not accept friend or contact requests from current or former clients on any social media or networking site. I believe that accepting such requests can compromise your confidentiality and our respective privacy. It may also blur the boundaries of our therapeutic relationship. I'm happy to talk more about this when we meet.

How do I start working with you?

Book a free 20 minute no pressure appointment with me to see if we are a good fit.  If we are, you'll gain full access to my client portal where you will fill out some initial paperwork and schedule a time for us to meet.  During your first session you'll have the opportunity to tell me more about where you are, where you'd like to go and some things about your past if you like.  This information will help us design your goals for our work together.

How do you practice what you preach?

Through therapy, coaching, prayer/meditation, regular movement, and intuitive eating I am the best version of myself. Focusing on myself first allows me to be my best for others.

My current sports are triathlon and tennis. I also love to read, travel, hike, and spend time with my friends and family.
